I agree with the premise of this thread.
However, I am not sure that control is something that is deserved or not deserved.

A customer of mine today said her boyfriend committed suicide ten years ago when she was just 16. She said it totally screwed up her life and really hurt his family. Its a selfish act by a person who doesnt care how their death will affect others. Selfish
Get mental health treatment instead.

Well mental illness is hell. What is amazing is people who seem to have it all often kill themselves. The worst thing is when teenagers commit suicide. So sad to end their lives. They dont realize that usually things get much better relationship wise after high school. The environment in the early years of school is very hostile at times

if they're thinking of killing themselves they obviously dont have it all. They have what you perceive is all, but to them is nothing. They need something more than possessions. In this case I would say you need Jesus. There is a void that they have inside them and only God can fill that. Science, money, sex, drugs, blah blah will not fill it. No matter how much you have or how much you do, it will never fill. Its like dropping a drop of water into the grand canyon.
