I think it's good to use laws that are already on the books to handle cases that fall within their use and scope. Too often we are too quick as a society to say we need this new law or that new law to cover something that is already covered by previous laws but isn't enforced for this or that reason.
I don't know what the number is - but it's good if it's applicable. There is one thing everyone can agree on, Obama has been kicking and torturing terrorists ass since he stepped into the White House...

Seems liberals are just fine with this misuse of the law. I wonder what their reaction would have been when Bush was president?

I am sure the Attorney General will get right on top of this just as Bush's attorney general would get right on top of any misuse...

The Espionage Act of 1917 was enacted to make these actions crimes:
To convey information with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the armed forces of the United States or to promote the success of its enemies. This was punishable by death or by imprisonment for not more than 30 years or both.
To convey false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the United States or to promote the success of its enemies when the United States is at war, to cause or attempt to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, refusal of duty, in the military or naval forces of the United States, or to willfully obstruct the recruiting or enlistment service of the United States. This was punishable by a maximum fine of $10,000 or by imprisonment for not more than 20 years or both.
You said it was enacted 3 times since it's inception since 1917. This is OBVIOUSLY wrong as you can learn real quickly here:

In fact, in just the first three months of being enacted over 900 People were charged and convicted of violating the Espionage Act of 1917...
Now that all of that is cleared up and it is clear that you are wrong on everything you have said so far. Lets go for double jeopardy...
Who has been charged with violating the Espionage Act of 1917 Since Obama came into office? Okay, Now of those people listed. Who do you think is wrongly fully accused and convicted? or in which cases have the US Attorney's misused the Act?

The Geo-political Zionist war of paranoia and oppression needs all the help that it can get apparently. Sadly too many people have bought into it. You would have thought that more people would have learned their lesson during the Bush puppet figurehead regime (given the actors) but again apparently, the dog and pony show of our false two party system continues to dupe people into being a useful mouthpiece for their respective side.
