This doesn't make sense to me. If the players should be suspended, then they shouldn't have been playing in the Superbowl in the first place. They wouldn't have won had they been punished for their tactics because they wouldn't have been playing. So they shouldn't have the victory.

Take away the Superbowl victory and you'll never see this behavior again.

Well it was pretty obvious when before the NFC champ game against Minnesota they said they were looking to hurt Favre and take him out of the game. This is why I don't like them. That is just bad form. Don't like James Harrison either because he finds nothing wrong with intentionally trying to injure someone with hits to the head. he took 3 players out of games last year alone by intentional head shots. then goes on to say that is what they are taught to do. Then he says that the game is getting to soft and he should just retire if this keeps up. Then he turns around and says they were accidental after admitting he did them intentionally.

I'm surprised only by the fact that it is the Saints. Suprised and disappointed, I like the Saints.

I know that douchebag that coaches the Detroit Lions coaches his players to do that. I guess the thinking is that if you are not really very good at Football you can try to make the game even by taking out players that are going to beat you because they are better than you are.

That is not what the game is about. Any coach who is found guilty of this should be terminated permanently. Send a few asspipes like that skidmark coach from Detroit to the unemployment line and the rest of the douche crew will take notice. No excuses no second chances, banned from the NFL enirely. Do that once and it will stop.

After the game where Suh was such a ridiculous POS the Packers were interviewed and it was clear that they were taught just the opposite. Hit clean play clean and stay clean, no matter what. The radio talk dolts were saying Green Bay should have retaliated and attacked that big crybaby Suh...
