There's a lot of overconfidence when it comes to Israel too. I'm not sure they'd have the capabilities even if they could cover the distance. Sure, they have nukes, but they would completely isolate themselves from the world if they provoked a war and then detonated a nuclear weapon on a some-what democratic populous.

There's zero evidence out there that suggests Iran nuclear program is in anyway involved in nuclear weapons. There's more evidence to the contrary actually
