I had a neighbor once complain that I left my garage door open. Then he made an "anonymous tip" to me that someone was burglarizing my garage. I grabbed a baseball bat or something and headed down, but my garage wasn't being burglarized, either. Of course it wasn't very hard to tell that he was the anonymous tipster as he was deaf and needed to use a TTY service to call me.

There seems to be a lot of confusion on his police calls. At first, it seemed to be he made 46 calls since Jan. 2011. Then, the police said there was a typo in the log and it was 46 calls since Jan. 2001. Which implies he started calling when he was 17 or 18. So, who knows?
Also, a lot of calls wee about mundane stuff. And, the one call a lot of folks are focusing on...the call about the 7 or 8 year old black kid...was about that kid playing unsupervised near a busy street. He did make three or four calls about suspicious black kids, but, that doesn't seem to me to be anything especially damning.

You can't take a bat down there thats Illegal! And probably racist by outpost standards. You should have called 911 and waited a couple hours for them to free up a car to come and find out if something possibly was going down on your private property!

Since we're digging through his past, let's pick on Trayvon, too.
At the time of his death, he was serving a 10-day suspension from school for having pot.
If he didn't do drugs, he would have been in school that day and wouldn't have been killed.
He had also been suspended twice before for truancy and graffiti. He was also found to have burglary tools and a variety of women's jewelry on him during the investigation for one of the previous offenses.
(Btw, this just makes him a typical teenager getting into minor trouble with the law. Maybe a bit more than most, but not much)
