Because it is obvious the human existence is made up different races. Thus, some races must be closer to apes, so "less" evolved and more animal-like.

Human beings are not made up of different races. Race is a cultural phenomenon, not a genetic one. Of course, some subsets of humans tend to differ in similar ways from other subsets, that doesn't mean they are different races however.
All humans are the same race. If you don't believe that, you are not only probably a racists, you don't understand the basics of biology.
