are 57% of college students female? Shouldn't it be much closer to 50%?
Seems like a lot of colleges should get their federal funding pulled until they can take steps to even things out a bit.

Title IX doesn't mandate schools have equal numbers of female and male atheletes. Your attempt at an equivalency fails yet again. But keep trying. You might succeed one day.

If you think this shows men don't have an equal opportunity to enroll in college you should start a campaign over it. Although while you're at it it seems like you should also argue any college with less than a 11% african american student population should also have its funding pulled.

So, we should impose a quota system on colleges until males are back up to 50%? Or, some other type of Affirmative Action, in addition to the legacy programs that already favor males?

Well, you'll have to campaign to get them to endorse your interpretation. Because Title IX has never been interpreted to require cutting off funding from schools with imbalanced demographic ratios. If so almost every school in the country would get cut off based on having too few or too many african americans. Almost no schools have african americans in equal % to their numbers in the general population.

No I think we should scrap the law. But I'm not going to get that so I'm just asking why it isn't being enforced.
