Well I just made a kickass meatloaf!
Looks much nicer than that pic, but about the same proportions of pan/food, using mediterranean spices.
I also sliced up potatoes, onions, carrots and a couple belle peppers and let them flank the meat ofr the last 30 mins, then poured in some cream and fresh pareceley the last few minutes.
God damn it makes my mouth water, but I shouldn't be eating this late!!

my mum made terrible meatloaf so i always hated. I politely ate some recently that a friend has made and is was delicious!
