In an attempt to address online bullying, they've passed a law that is so broad that it could apply to pretty much anything said on the Internet that is intended to, among other things, harass, annoy or offend. I'm hoping the governor will veto it.

http://www.mediacoalition.org/mediaimages/AZ-HB-2549s-as-passed-by-legislature.pdf

The terms are not defined which means that they get to subjectively decide if what you said/wrote is offensive or lewd or intended to annoy/harass.

It is a 1st degree misdemeanor which means up to 6 months in jail and/or fine.

It is unconstitutional on its face, but I guess noone told the legislature.
