Prometheus is the most original. There will be a small nod to the Alien franchise but it will only be a hint of one.

For me it's a tie between Avengers and Prometheus.
And while Prometheus is set within the Alien story framework, it's (supposedly) a standalone film that won't actually have any Alien-style aliens in it (aka "xenomorphs"

I don't see how any of those are original stories, although I can't say that I know anything about Prometheus.
The original snow white story had a huntsman. And it's already been done this season, in Once Upon a Time.
