Mithan says that the Outpost and ACF will probably remain intact in the new world.
Then again, Mithan has also said he doesn't know dick about what's really going on anymore, and that the fact that the merger was going down this week was a surprise to him. Given IGN's track record, my guess is that it still won't happen for several months.
