I play a norse hunter, the main advantage is more hit points and strength. Kolbys are small so they can be harder to target at times, but this is not a huge advantage. All things being equal, you may get 1 weapon swing damage advantage on the norse, not exactly a game changer. I made the mistake of thinking a celt would be so much better than my elf nightshade. Now I have both an elf pierce and celt blade shade at rr5+. They both have about the same hit points and are about equal. Race does not matter as much as one would think, except maybe in the choice of weapons.
