Orion's Belt gives bonuses to Experience and Realm Points

When you /use the scroll it tells you in your combat window you recive X amount of bounty points. It's just like when you talk to the King and up a champ level your hit points don't increase until you zone out, or when you turn in the DF Champion quest those points don't update until you zone, or get a kill etc.
