hardly think classes without those abilities were gimped when charge tanks hit them. They just had to play smarter rather than rely on a timer

I can remember a handful of fights before SI where I was in a caster group and ran into another caster group and those still alive ran out of power and stood there casting every ten seconds when we regened enough while the bard ran around hitting people to keep them interupted.
