Suddenly i can login both necromancers again.
I adjusted the qc of another char and tried logging in necromancer and it got in again.

Yea I tried going to the appdata area with the roaming and daoc and all that and deleted the character file thing...still no luck

same solution, login other char.. adjust quickbar. login necro and working.

Make a copy of the whole directory and delete everything in it.

I agree, I was able to get on once to my BD since the patch...hopefully something will happen soon because he's my main and it sucks not being able to play him
