UnDecimus, your workaround fixed every single problem I was having. I just changed the GUI registry value to 3 and relogged with decal. The component GUI element was there. I could mess with the tracking and nav GUIs without crashing, it saved all options settings when relogging, and it no longer crashed when I logged out. Eltank works perfectly now. Fix this, Elgar.

Glad that someone else could verify this, one never knows if it's just a fluke.

Thanks!

That fixed the gui problem, however even after a clean of the HD and the reg i crash every single time i log out. When that happeneds, Tank does not save any settings. I suspect there is more missing settings somewhere.

Since tank is the only plugin, with an active OSD, I thought I'd post this here.

It seems my graphics look a tad different now, with the HUDS enabled. It actually looks a lot like AC did pre TOD. The sharpness of things appears out of whack. Now I did not change my video settings or anything...so I was just wondering if anyopne else had noticed this?

It could just be my glasses...LOL. I'll do some tests later and report.

sounds like you have a corrupted Decal install.. I would start fresh..

-remove decal and all plugins

-remove directories for decal and all plugins

-delete all downloaded install files for decal and plugins

-run ccleaner (www.ccleaner.com) to get rid of everything in your registry that isn't needed

-reboot

-windows update and update everything

-reinstall decal, and update

if you can update, without it crashing, then go ahead and redownload all the plugins that you need.

crashing denagent is resolved by deleting the killbit.xml file in the decal directory, then launching denagent again and pressing Update.

there was a malformed version up temporarily.

"malformed", that's a funny word.

What is an active OSD?
