I have found a 70% fix
Disable the comm system
disable comp hud
both of these seem to be causing log out crashes
with them disabled I only crash on log out ~ 10%

Just one question, Where do I get the runtime Libraries? I'm curious, on the Decal forums, on the sticky link on how to do a "clean install" of decal 3, it instructs to copy and paste One of the .dll from AC:ToD to Decal, but .. so far, I see people who post exports that have almost all of the Runtime Libraries installed, while I have but 2-3 of them...
Any help?

Haotsu_of_frost,
Some are linked on the Eltank Downloads page, for the others, try http://www.dll-files.com/
