what drakier is asking for is not just the page but what link your using and what browser your using to try and download.
something like this
Firefox - 1.5.0.1
no download managers
link tried - http://www.reality.net/ac/xx/LifeTankX-11-6-alpha4.msi
something with some detail- the smallest little detail can be what is causing the problem
oh and i just downloaded it fine. so it is working.

It sounds like the original poster doesn't seem to understand that without the info the folks trying to help asked for, they cannot BE helped, so the OP is either a troll or needs to have internet access removed so they don't harm themself.
