Yes, I know he said he wasn't offering money, but that might not be the case.
Plus, if he made the offer via e-mail, it wouldn't violate VNBoards rules, since the transcation didn't take place on VNboards

But you're assuming that I'm referring to real life money, and I never stated that was the case. Money can mean MMDS as well.
