ok i have my windows firewall off , and i have mcafee anti virus off, i have turned off automatic updates for windows, i had the isp firewall off and i put the files in decal and still have red x's and the surrogate file showing. i am running windows xp and need lots of help . thanks magictroop

No problem...but you'll have to resolve your problem next patch or you'll get the same problem again...

all the check marks went to black until i hit update lol and now i cannot get back into the link you sent can you send it again
