Decal not working after Patch?

I tryed updating everything, logging in all my accounts while running dual log and i keep getting this message.
(DenAgent)
" Your AC Clinet is out of date. If you are using dual log, make sure all directories contain a contain a current version, or get the latest version from turbine. (client verson=0.0.11.2151 xml version=0.0.12.2141) "
Ive updated and logged in all my accounts threw dual client, dont know whats wrong, any ideas people?

Decal isn't updated for the patch yet , give it some time.

Actually it is. Turbine kind of stealthed this one on me this month, I didn't know it was patch day.
