I am used to the wait. No biggie there, however it seems that the Decal website is either down, OR I have the wrong address.
Could somone please post the Proper URL for Decal's Web site??

It's still down as of posting this. Not sure on an ETA as it is a Datacenter issue.
Status should hopefully be posted when someone sees it come back online.

Thanks for recommending megaupload. Here's the list of files that I found in my Decal 3.0 folder under program files that were altered by the memloc update today before the site went down. All I did was copy these files to my other comp's Decal 3.0 folder and overwrote the previous existing files. Everyone that I have sent this to has worked so I am hoping that it works for you too.

So you only need killbit.xml and memlocs.xml
