ok i will try to find the event log in window to find any indication i can find to show to you!
Under my document/castaway only the log folder created and nothing at the log error file!

Hmmm, this is strange, seems like a permission issue but it doesn't make sense if you have admin rights and running XP.

the last time someting like this happened to me I had to uninstal decal then reinstall it.
