But that really seems like a waste. I've been able to reply to Chef Wubbie's PMs. Maybe it's start a PM thread that is being blocked but I'm allowed to reply to PMs?

G makes a diff as to what section you are sending PMs and frm which e.g. the IGN or the VN section. if yo have 7,xxx in VN and try to send to the IGN account side a pM where you've got < 20 it's a no go.
