ACDC problem launching 2nd client

Hi there,
I just resubbed my accounts back to AC after a couple years and I am ready to get in the swing of things.
I run AC on windows 7 64BIT.
I have installed ACDC and ran the setup wizard to create the second installation of AC which I verified was successful.
For whatever reason it doesnt seem to be associating the second account with the second installation of AC.
When I tell ACDC to log into my 2nd account I get the following error:
"There is a client already running on this machine. It is not possible to run two clients ...blah blah"
I have tried uninstalling ACDC and deleting the directory afterward. I ran through the setup again with the same result 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First, always post a decal export with any problems you are posting here. It helps out a lot. Second, where did you install AC? If you installed it under C:\program files you will either have to install it to another directory like c:\users\public\games or disable UAC.

Yeah I came across that suggestion. I am doing that now. UAC was turned off tho, but atm I am installing AC to C:\games\ac
I am not attempting to run ACDC with decal atm. I will let you know how it turns out.

U have to have more than 1 path for ac to run. Ie multiple folders with ac installs

Yes I understand there must be two copies of AC.
Ok, I am not running Decal. The new installation is done (left it updating while I went out for a bit). The current installation of ac is at c:\games\ac and the second installation is at c:\ac\2
I receive the same error still when trying to log into the second account. Any suggestions?

Just to make sure you have it right... you didn't install AC twice right?
You should install ac one time and then let ACDC copies the files to another directory. Usually this will be a /2 directory under where you installed AC.

Also, to reiterate, both paths are setup in ACDC as well.
I have gotten this to work no problem on windows xp the last time I played a couple years ago np. =/

Ok this is weird. I have a laptop with vista 32bit and installed AC, ACDC and can run dual clients just fine. I have installed ACDC and set it up the exact same way on my desktop
Does ACDC even run on 64bit windows 7?

It does, I am currently running it on 7 pro 64bit. I also installed ACDC into its own folder within my C:\Games. Do you have auto port checked as well?

I did not install AC twice. I uninstalled and deleted the files from my original installation. I then Installed AC again to c:\games\ac.
I then ran ACDC installer to install ACDC.
I launched ACDC and went through the wizard and let it create the second install.
I have both accounts set up. My first account launches fine, but when I choose my second it goes through the motions but when the second client starts to launch it says that more than one instance cannot but run.
I do have autoport enabled, but this cannot be the problem as it doesnt even launch into the game itself to be an issue
The way it is acting as if acdc isn't switching to the second directory to run from.
