They have 4-5 achievements that you can get either a coupon, game, or coal for completing them every day during the sale.
Each piece of coal at the end puts you into a drawing to win every single game on Steam or you can trade 7 coal for a "gift"(game or coupon)

i keep getting owned by coupons.  i traded in 7 coal to hopefully get one of the games i wanted off their list and i got -33% off dungeon siege 3.  i will NEVER buy that game. so if anyone wants it, let me know.
