I beg to differ.... The zinc stuff does have a small to moderate chance of helping you fend off a cold that is coming on, and makes a small but measurable difference in how severe a cold is once you get it.

I beg to differ your begging to differ. After 2 days of the stuff every 3 hours as directed, it's only gotten worse and hasn't relieved the symptoms at all.

Try Zyrtech(sp?), walmart has a generic version which is cheaper. It is over the counter, but you have to ask for it at the pharmacy counter though.
