Only Magic Kingdom closed due to capacity, at least for WDW. Insane - they closed at 10AM.

Edit: The holiday time is one of the busiest for WDW. People are off from work/school, and we are starting to get the South Americans.

PS:
If somehow the death camps are NOT activated tomorrow, please note that I said the word "may" above, so it will happen at a future time and the Mayans, BT and myself are technically, NOT wrong.

Who the efffffffff goes to amusement parks during peak holidays?

I just dont get it.

It's the only time off some people get. Also, don't forget that there are A LOT of special circumstances taking place around New Years that will bring in traffic, like all the college football teams that are down there for bowl games.

Haha, you've got it. The hotels and planning people have no reason to turn people away. That's just turning away money. In their defense, they never know what crowds will really be like. Maybe it looks oversold but because it's cloudy half of people in the area hang onto their tickets for another day. Boom, half capacity opened up.

Actually, you're a little bit wrong. All of the theme parks have teams specifically for the sole purpose of predicting the crowds for each day and they are very, very good at predicting what the crowds will look like.
