Let some air out of your tyres, you'll get more grip
Relax the hands and arms, and keep your weight back
Make directional changes progressively and with your whole mass on the bike
Brake early and as much as possible in a straight line

I like this one best. It's already not enjoyable passing people in the snow in their cars, then you add a bike doing 10 km/h that you have to pass, all while convinced that at any second they will slide out in front of you and under your tires...

i never found snow to be a problem.
ICE on the other hand...that sucked even with studs.
OH...and a couple other useful tips...
take everything off your bike...pump, packs etc.
be prepared to open your wallet/purse.
things WILL break when you wipe out...especially plastic brackets!
