How fast are toe truckz?

One Sunday night my wife came home from work at about 1 AM. A car was parked in the street and blocking 75% of our driveway. My truck was in the garage and I would not be able to go to work the next morning if it was there. No neighbors lights were on so we called 911 and they had it towed.
911 is for emergencies, don't they teach that to people when they're like 4?

many places do not list the "non-emergency" number for police, and they want you to call 911 for everything police/fire/ambulance related. That's how it is in my area, when I've had to call 911 for non emergencies I always state first thing, "this is not an emergency, I need to speak to local police for whatever reason."
