How about you give us an error message to start from? Most every 64 bit processor save for maybe the mobile ones include the 32bit instruction set for backwards compatibility.

32bit software works fine on 64 bit you might need a specific 32 bit dll the program thinks it can access through native windows dll's , you can dl these online and drop it in the same folder as your program and it should work fine.

there are very few 32 bit softwares that won't run on 64 bit systems. If you tell us what software you're having a problem with, maybe we can help you?
