At QFC the Insanity ir 6 something and the Ghost Pepper is 4 something. Both are Dave's. I guess I'll pick up the Ghost Pepper. It's more milky looking making me think it'll have more flavor.

I can handle Dave's original insanity sauce without any problems, I have not tried his new stuff. I have tried another brand of ghost pepper sauce, though, and like it.
The problem with Dave's sauces is that they add capsascium which gives them a metallic aftertaste, adds a lot of burn, but does nothing good for flavor. I love me some spicy food but I love flavor a whole lot more. Adding pure capsascium is a crap move.

I totally should make a batch of jambalaya and use the Ghost Pepper sauce in it. And bring it to work.

Just make sure your toilet is really clean, lift the seat and set your ass down in the water, then you won't have that particular burning problem.

i've had an oatmeal stout that was made with ghost peppers. i couldn't drink it. it was spicy but not too spicy. however, the pepper in it was killing my stomach. every time i took a sip, my stomach protested greatly.
