You may not agree with 'the best' part of that, but Smith is pretty much up there.
And it depends on if you're comparing him to the entire timeline of Doctors, or just Ecclesson/Tennant/Smith...
I really wouldn't put Ecclession above Smith....

I think they should choose an American. Brits can't act worth a crap. I vote for Dave Chapelle. He needs a new gig and this would be perfect for him. They haven't gone with a wise cracking black guy yet have they?
