Someone sat a big bag of Tapitio flavored Doritos on a table about 12 feet from me....free for the taking. They're even open now and I still am not eating any. All I have had since 5 PM last night was 2 cups of coffee and water. 90 minutes to go before I eat and I'm not even bothered by hunger. But once I eat I will be hungry. I'm sure the chips will be gone by then.
This is an example of why not eating works for me.
