Winco supermarkets...

They aren't very diligent in maintaining the temperatures of their product and after they have been open a few years they don't seem to care about keeping clean. If you don't mind risking disease, the prices are good.

I love their bulk barrels  but its not close since we moved so we don't go anymore.
