If you have a lot of time to look at crafts and figure out which one you want to do and how to do it and oh look they did it better that way, than yeah, go for it. If not, don't bother.

I desperately need some new crochet patterns, as the Blanket From Hell is nearly done and i can start looking forward to other projects now, so it might be a good idea for me.

I havent had a job since 2008, when my doc signed me off saying i was too crazy to hold down a job. Our situation isnt ideal, but its ok.
EDIT: Even if i did have a job, you know people do hobbies in their spare time, right?

I wish I could get that sort of diagnosis. I hear disability doesn't pay too horribly...
OK I lie. People have some pretty pathetic reasons for going on disability but I still would rather be healthy and have to work than be paid off for doing nothing.  Not sure how I could live with myself. I guess you get used to it.

No I actually didn't think you did, considering you didn't move from the UK till relatively recently. More self-reflection than anything else.
