Bill Levy... worst official in all of sports

I swear to god, every single game he refs is full of controversy and HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE calls. He always seems to have a bias towards one team, and makes blatant bad calls in that team's favor. The worst part is the team changes with the wind... like he randomly decides which team he is going to play for today.
I'm pretty sure if you looked up the top 100 worst calls in sports history Levy is involved in at least 80 of them.
