If I eat just a Subway sandwich for dinner my BP is better than normal but it's too much salt for me so I rarely do it.
what if you got like the chicken instead of a pork product? does it have too much salt too? Ive always found their chicken type subs to be the best.

Yeah, the more you know huh? While I was in the hospital the doctors and nurses were talking about how strokes are becoming much more common for very young people. I think fast food is the answer. Fast food is also my wife's answer for dinner 95% of the time. That's why I am taking the initiative and doing almost all of the cooking.

When I was going through the really rough patch of my research/work/classes last semester, I was eating fast food for almost every meal for weeks at a time because I didn't have time to leave campus.
It's amazing how much better I feel now that I'm eating at home.
The bad thing is that the University basically forces the freshmen to eat that garbage for an entire year.

I agree, and disagree with this. When I was a freshman, the food from the dining halls actually made me sick, more often than not. So I had to devise all kinds of ways to store, and cook food in my room. Forced me to become a microwave expert.
Probably wasn't particularly good for you food, but when you have to ride a bike, every day, to get anywhere on campus - it kind of evens out.
