CM7 works really good, that's all I use. I haven't booted to WebOS for months and months now
CM9 will be better

So you are using CM7 dual booted with WebOS?
Do you have a good link for how to root it like that?

At the "Downloads" section that's where you can download the rom for cm7 (use alpha 3.5) there's also a readme with the installer and there's a link to a video on how to install it right above it as well
It's somewhat of a complicated process but if you're stuck at something I'll try to help

CM7 with dual boot is great. The only issues that still bug me are wifi related..
CM9 with no video? I will probably wait. I use my touchpad to watch movies quite a bit. If they get video working I'll upgrade. Those folks at CM are amazing though so maybe they'll get it

I dislike that they utilize special effects in the video instead of simply showing what the thing is capable of. Leads me to wonder what all is real and what isn't.

the touch sensitivity is clearly crappy in the video as well....but its not even a beta yet so that's to be expected
