Sorry guys, I was torrenting every episode of every afternoon cartoon from back in the 80's and 90's.

From personal experience, my best guess is that none of the major carriers have any competent engineers on staff anymore. In an effort to cut costs, they lay off their employees, starting with the highest paid ones (excepting management, of course). You're left with tier 1 offshore support that is full of people who don't know how to spell "Cisco" trying to troubleshoot BGP convergence problems.

No but really, can you guys explain how the traffic report shows that it shows N america has been laggier than normal? (Or was being laggier than normal??)
