Wow.
As if that wasn't enough, it's asking me to write essays in addition to my resume and cover letter.
Please outline the main reasons why you are interested in a position at URS:

A lot of times those questions are optional and they only use them for their racial hiring quotas.

URS will help you compartmentalize your life. You will no longer need to worry about what to do in your spare time.
