Something must be wrong with your computer... I'm running on near min specs and only issue I have is it takes me forever to load.

yeah I hear ya my other comp doesnt have it happening.
its only occaisionally when you go to talk to an npc and not always right at the start. I checked temp the first time it happened to see if it was a heat reboot but no its still icy cold

I flashed it back using rock-papers-scissors and when that didnt work I did the samsonite luggage test on it.
problem resolved
in all seriousness I think my problem might be that Im forcing anti-aliasing from inside the card. my other computer doesnt have this problem and thats really the only difference.
