I just followed a few google links on this story:
1) It happened in 2009
2) The woman raising the complaint was a cop's wife
3) Police entered the man's home without a warrant
4) He was originally convicted in a jury trial of misdemeanor indecent exposure in Dec. 2009, no fine, no jail (he could have had a $2k fine and a year in jail and I'm sure, a "sex offender" label for life too, but there was no mention of any of that).
5) He appealed.
6) Conviction overturned in April 2010

I knew this story sounded familiar.
I'm glad that it had a "happy" ending though.
Too bad in that guys town he will always get sideways looks from people who believe that all men are perverts and he just beat the system.
