you wouldn't believe the looks I get at school when doing a mundane task and I mention I wish I had a third world slave child to do these things for me. I don't think it's too awful to think it would be nice to have a kid around to do the cleaning, clean my paint brushes, or clean up the pottery wheel. I mean in their third world country they wouldn't even get an education. I'd give them food, clean clothes, a bed, and an education....

I love pomegranate. I eat one every 5 years because that's about how long it takes me to forget how annoying they are.

I don't bother with the pomegranate juice at all- we just eat the seeds. Delicious. This past winter the store also had these little pamphlets that described the easiest/best way to open a pomegranate. Made the whole process much easier than it had been! We get tons of them every winter and devour them like mad.
