Getting a new cell phone next weekend.

I was planning on the Samsung Galaxy Note, but actually had a hands on today and the thing is just to damn big. So now I am split between the Samsung Galaxy S2 and the IPhone 4S. I really like the android system, but also like how easy the whole apple system intergrates with each other. Can you all give me some pros and cons of each? I realize there are people who at first glance say screw apple and others that say apple is the best, but what are some good reasons for each phone, and what makes each phone total crap?

Anything non iPhone / ATT makes the phone complete crap!

Samsung Galaxy SII has the Super AMOLED display. Game, set, match...Samsung.
But in case you aren't convinced by that, the Galaxy SII also has a better graphics chip as well as a better processor.

Sarcasm or not. I love my iphone and loathe ATT. It's ok in my immediate area, but pretty weak when I'm traveling. I wish I had a sprint iPhone.

I have iPhone 4s on AT&T
Love it. I haven't had problems with at&t.
Our company gets 19% discount with Verizion, but what they failed to mention was it only applies to your voiceplan of $40 or up, and data plan that is 5 gigs and up. That's absolute trash.. it should apply to all data plans.. so anyway I stuck with AT&T because it's still cheaper than Verizon with my supposed 19% discount.
verizon can suck my nuts.

some of those phones are getting too big..
I find the iPhone screen the perfect size between compact and useful.
