I have to admit, I just got back from the doctor who confirmed I have multiple plagues right now, and I feel like sh*t, but this still made me giggle, then cough for 5 minutes, passing out, then when I woke up I giggled some more.

i don't think turtles have any touch receptors in their shells. if that's true then all they can feel is the pressure on their shell from other receptors in the tissues attached on the inside of the shell. in that case the toothbrush is meaningless because the turtle can't feel a scratch on its shell like you can feel a good scratch on your skin. the picture doesn't make sense, i might even hypothesize that it is edited to appear as though the turtle is responding the way we imagine it is. /slits

He could be trained to do that. I mean I don't know why you would possibly want to train a turtle much less to do that but it is a possibility if he can't feel it
