Whats wrong with the ad?

It isn't edited, altered or fabricated. Its simply the first 30 sec of a nightly news story.

I think Romney came out against PIPA and SOPA so I also am confused.

But this post isn't about whether I agree with his positions; it's about him misinterpreting "Fair Use."

I liked pre-2005 Romney. He was pretty progressive and I had similar views on issues. They he did a complete 180.

The machine got whole of him. Same thing as McCain when he ran in 2008. It was a sickening 180 degree turn.

The frustrating thing is that McCain became sane again after he lost the election in 2008. I've liked a lot of the things he's been talking about since then, and he's been chastising his own party pretty regularly.

If Romney flips back to being progressive during the general election campaign -- if he wins the nomination -- I will be happy.

Except he's not really progressive and just leaning right because he's in a primary. Romney does what's best for Romney, and his political stance on any given issue depends on the environment he's in.
