So I've been looking around at real estate since things are so cheap here, looking to get into a nice home. This evening, I was checking out 4 houses with my realtor when I came across a real gem in #2:
This home is owner-occupied, but the owner is out so the realtor can show the house. So we get there and it's sweltering hot inside. It also reeks...some sort of odd potpourri mix. We're exploring the house and I enter into the den, and I see a door off to the side that looks like it leads to a bathroom.
So I open it up. Inside someone has carved a hole into the wall and placed a tube which is pumping cool air into the room. There is reflective quilt insulation sheets on the walls, linoleum on the floors, a small, odd-shaped standing lamp, and nothing else.
My suspicion grows.
I close the door and go into the garage, continuing my assessment of the home. My realtor, who is following me with her face covered, asks, "What's that light coming out of those cabinets on the wall?"
My suspicion grows further.
I open the cabinets.

Naw, actually, the dude had some sort of official-looking health document on the wall in the other room, so I assume it's a medical grow.
