No way in hell. Just to get into a plane I have to "medicate" myself with quite a few sips of scotch....which renders any chance of any performance impossible.
I did have a meth addict looking chick offer to blow me on a Greyhound bus once, but I didn't have 5 bucks or some food to spare at the time.

I did this back in 2002 on a flight back from the states. the best thing about flying from the states to Germany is you fly at night and most of the people sleep. the worst is trying to get in the right position with 2 people in that small ass restroom and trying not to make much noise.
