I just find it really sad that labs invest so much to do this and always break ground when it comes to killing someone, but for green energy or green jobs, not so much.
not sure about THIS particular thing.. but a large % of the things people use and take for granted these days were originally developed as part of military-related research. And really.. who is to say that the tech involved in these bullets wont have applications that will indeed do a lot to improve the average person's way of life.
